Farmhouse, early C18 main block with wide wing of c1840, assumed to have replaced earlier house. Flemish bond brickwork diapered with vitrified headers and flush stone quoins. Stone slate roof. Wing, brick with Welsh slate roof. Main block presumed to be cross wing of first house, 2 reception rooms with stair hall between. Wing two rooms, 2-bays with central narrow hall. Main block with later wood casement windows and sash windows, no principal facade. Wing 20-pane sash windows with brick flat gauged arches. Later C19 lattice porch. Interior: main block stair, good C18 turned balusters and moulded rail. First floor ceiling beams with toothed swept stops. Panelling and bolection moulded fire surround. Parlour with panelled dado.
