Description
Lower Ham Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into flats. It dates from the 17th to 18th century. The building features a brick ground floor and timber framing with rendered infill panels on the upper floor. It has a concrete stone slate roof and is designed in an L-shape, standing two stories tall. There is a recent added wing to the left and lean-to structures. The ground floor showcases diaper Flemish bond brickwork, while the upper floor has square framing that is three panels high, supported by heavy straight corner braces. The windows include later 20th-century casement and bow styles, along with dormers. The interior has not been seen.
