Description
Lower Greenhill Farm is an 18th century farmhouse constructed of diaper brick with flush stone quoins, a stone water sill, and stone dressings. The roof is hipped and covered with stone slates, featuring two hipped dormers. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a central stair hall and flanking reception rooms. The entrance includes a six-panel door and fanlight set within a mid-20th century fluted doorcase. The windows are 12-pane sashes accompanied by 8-pane sidelights, and there is a stone cornice above the keystone. The eaves are moulded and coved, while the dormers have 20th century sashes.
