  1. Circa 1801. Gothick by Wyatt. Ashlar, crenellated. Single storey flanking walls with dripmoulds to cross glazed windows, weathered buttresses and crenellated parapet. Linking entrance lodges with north front and forming a large courtyard. Facing doors in breaks, to north of house, have Tudor arch heads and pointed panelling. Pedimented doorway to north end of Riding School with monogram "PMA". Gatepiers to entrances at each end of flanking walls near entrance lodges. 1 and 2 storey buildings to south-west (covered passage to Riding School).
