Description

Ten pairs of vases flank the alleyway leading north from the Palladian Bridge at Wilton Park. There is a pair of vases that flank a semi-circular garden seat located east of the kitchen courtyard walls. Additionally, there is an alley consisting of three pairs, one pair, and five pairs of vases on ashlar pedestals that connect to the Palladian Bridge, situated past the east entrance to Wilton House. This arrangement of vases may date back to around 1805, when Wyatt laid out the broad gravel walk.
