Description

This semi-circular garden seat, dating from around 1822, is located to the east of the kitchen courtyard walls at Wilton Park. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a semi-circular design that provides a view down the axis of the Palladian Bridge. The sides of the seat are elegantly finished with scrolls that end in griffins' feet.
