Description

This garden seat, located about 65 metres south-west of Ven House, is likely from the 19th century. It is made of Portland stone and has a semi-circular shape. The seat features a moulded design on the curved part, with a plain back and ornate scroll ends that rest against simple end piers. These piers are topped with two stone figures. The garden seat is part of the setting for an important country house.
