Description

25 and 27 High Street are an early 19th-century house and shop. The building is constructed of diaper brick with a slate roof. It has two storeys and four bays. The entrance door is located in the third bay and is a six-panelled door with a radial web fanlight. The windows are sixteen-paned sashes with narrow stone lintels and raised keys. The left bay has a late 19th-century shopfront and a later fascia. The eaves are boxed, projecting at the verges on cut purlins. The end bays project slightly at the rear. A stack is located between bays one and two.
