Description

This is an early 19th-century house, now used as offices. It is constructed of diaper brickwork and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window front. The central entrance features a half-glazed door and a radial fanlight, set within a rebated brick arch. There are sixteen-paned sash windows with gauged lintels above them. Gable stacks rise from the roofline. The building is contemporary with the terrace to its left, but has been altered and is therefore not included in that listing.
