Description
This is an early 19th-century detached house located near a canal lock. It is two storeys high with three windows. The exterior is ashlar, with a slate roof and a single dormer. The windows are sash windows in reveals, featuring glazing bars. Ground floor windows are recessed with a semi-circular arch. The centre doorway has a semi-circular head with a rusticated and vermiculated surround, leading to a panelled door and fanlight. Further details include rusticated quoins, a plain string course at first floor level, a flat projecting cornice, and a plain parapet.
