Cottage. C17. Timber framed with painted brick noggings. Thatched roof. 1-storey and attic. 2 bays with left lean-to. Entrance into centre living room. Left gable faced in brick and flint. Frame set on brick sills, 2 panels to first floor with corner braces. 4- panel door under open gabled C20 porch. Timber casement windows. Thatch half hipped left and raised over extended dormer over centre bay. Stack to right gable and thatch drawn down over left outbuilding.
