Description
This is a chest tomb from the late 18th century, located about 3 metres north-west of the Fox memorial in the churchyard of the Church of St. Michael in Melksham. It is made of limestone and features a plinth with two shields on the main sides, which are surrounded by stylised floral carvings. The tomb has a flat corniced top, but the inscriptions are not legible.
