Description

This is an early 19th century detached villa. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has three windows on its front facade. The windows are glazing bar casements. The roof is hipped and slate-covered. A central wrought iron porch, featuring delicate lead decoration and a tented hood, provides access to a six-panel door, distinguished by reeded flush lower panels and a circle and teardrop fanlight. A rear extension with a pyramidal roof has been added.
