  1. C18 altered. Two and a half storey thatched cottage. Painted rubble. Two windows, 4 lights on first floor, 3 on ground floor, casements. Thatch cut away over first floor windows. Ground floor windows have shutters. Central thatched closed porch. Gable end chimneys. One storey thatched extension to right. Adjacent to drive up to Warleigh, entrance gate piers of ashlar (mid C19) one retaining ball finial.
