Description

The Grove is an early to mid-19th century detached villa. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior with a hipped slate roof. The building features two large chimney stacks with moulded capping and has an 'L' shape. The front facade has three windows, which are glazing bar sashes with moulded architraves. There is a central portico supported by Doric columns and topped with a gabled pediment. The entrance includes a half-glazed six-panel door with a radiating fanlight above.
