Description

Bryer Cottage and Shears Farmhouse is a building likely dating from the 18th century. It is a one and a half storey structure with a thatched roof and pebbledash rendering. The building features four small dormers with two lights each, set into the thatch. On the ground floor, there are five casement windows and two thatched porches. Additionally, there are two brick chimneys. Bryer Cottage includes a projecting extension made of random rubble on the left side, which forms a single storey wing at the rear that has two modern windows.
