Description

Sunnydale is an early 19th-century building located on Rotten Row, Lower Wanborough. It comprises a two-storey central portion flanked by earlier single-storey wings covered with thatch. The central section has a slate roof and gable chimneys. The right-hand thatched wing features a gable-end brick chimney and a portion of timber framing with brick infill, alongside chalk construction. The left-hand wing contains one window and one door. The central portion has two windows; casements with timber lintels, a two-light window on the first floor and a three-light window on the ground floor. A central gabled porch is present.
