Description

Gateways is a probably 18th-century, altered, two-storey thatched cottage featuring two brick chimneys. The structure has random rubble on the two right-hand bays, with chalk rubble above the former attic wall plate, which shows traces of two former eyebrow dormers. The left-hand bay, dating from the mid-19th century, is constructed of brick. The cottage has three two-light casement windows on the first floor, along with one three-light window and two two-light windows on the ground floor. There are also two thatched porches.
