Description

Home Farmhouse is probably an 18th-century building, although the southern half likely includes a 17th-century through-passage-type dwelling. This thatched farmhouse has one and a half storeys and features a half hipped roof on the left side. The exterior is roughcast and there are three brick chimneys. It has four eyebrow dormers and three windows, which are probably early 20th-century two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a thatched porch to the right of the centre, aligned with a rear porch. Inside, there are two large inglenook fireplaces with chamfered surrounds, one of which includes a bread oven.
