Description

Mount Pleasant is an early 19th-century villa that stands three storeys tall. It features a double front with three windows and has a hipped Welsh slate roof, complemented by rendered stacks and swept verges. The front of the building is rendered, and it has a coved eaves cornice. The windows are recessed sash types with exposed boxing and glazing bars, while the ground floor includes bay windows. A glazed portico with a cornice adds to the villa's architectural appeal.
