Description

This is an early 19th-century irregular terrace, with later additions and alterations. It comprises a 7-bay range, originally built before 1834. The building is covered by a Welsh slate roof, and the front is stuccoed, featuring pilasters on quoins which carry an entablature and blocking course. A plain band runs along the first floor. It contains recessed sash windows, some with side lights. The three sections of the terrace are distinguished by their porches: “Fairfield” has a wooden portico with a dentil cornice and tented hipped roof; “Little Meadow House” has a fenestrated portico with pilasters carrying an entablature; and "Meadow House" has a modern porch.
