Description

These are probably 18th-century cottages, originally three dwellings, now comprising numbers 25 and 26 Turnbull. The cottages are built of random rubble chalk and have a thatched roof. Number 25 is a single bay wide with an eyebrow dormer window and a door on its right side. Number 26 has two eyebrow dormers and five windows, with a replacement window where a former door was situated. A centrally positioned door is present on number 26. A modern brick buttress sits between the two cottages.
