Farmhouse, now house, and attached cottage. Early C19 refronting of earlier building, with later alterations. House of rubble, rendered, slate roof, cottage has concrete tiled roof and brick gable stacks. House of 2 storeys and 3 windows, all 16-pane sashes with cills except lst floor centre, large 2-light casement of 8 panes each, central porch has 2 square plan columns with recessed panels, cornice and pierced balustrade, round headed architrave to door with decorative fanlight, plinth, cornice and larger upper cornice made of sections of cast iron, parapet and coping returned a short way to side elevations; C19 conservatory with fluted panels between windows, cottage to left of 2 storeys, set back to left, 1:3 windows, all boxed sashes at lst floor, two C20 windows and doors at ground floor. East elevation has 2-storey wing with 2 windows, all boxed sashes. Interior: not inspected.
