Description
Dairy Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse, with a date of 1870 noted on the rear. It is constructed from snecked rubble, featuring rock-faced rubble quoins, a plinth, a string course, and splayed heads above the windows. The roof is made of concrete double Roman tiles and has two spans with gable stacks. The building is two storeys tall and has three windows, all of which are sash windows with a wider central pane. The central door consists of four panels and has an overlight with margin glazing, topped with a triangular hood supported by brackets. The right side of the house has a four-light casement window at ground level and a two-light casement window on the first floor, along with a door, all featuring segmental heads. The rear of the farmhouse has two windows, both two-light casements located under the eaves, and a central plank door, all with segmental heads and a plinth. The interior has not been inspected.
