Farmhouse and attached cottage. Early C18 cottage with mid - late C18 farmhouse, altered later. Dressed sandstone with rendered porch; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall plan house with single cell, direct- entry plan cottage to right. 2-storey, 3-window house front, with 2 low storey, single window cottage. Central part-glazed door in projecting porch with bargeboard to gable. Board door to left of cottage. 4-pane sashes with painted stone sills and tripartite keyed lintels to house. 3-light horizontal sliding sash without glazing bars to ground floor of cottage, with similar small-paned window to attic. Coped gables, shaped kneelers, and end and centre left stacks to house. Coped gable and end right stack to cottage.
