Description
Greystone House and Greystones Cottage are a house and an attached cottage dating from the early 19th century, with later alterations and extensions. The front and left sides are made of dressed sandstone, while the right gable wall and rear are rendered. The building features a pantile roof and brick stacks. The house has a central stair hall and the cottage has a direct-entry plan with a rear extension on the right. The house is two stories high with a two-window front, while the cottage has a single window front. Both the house and cottage have 20th-century board doors with overlights. The house has 16-pane sash windows with painted sills and lintels, and the cottage features three-light square-lattice windows with plain lintels and sills. There are stacks at the left end and center right.
