House, now in dual occupation. Early C19 with later alterations and additions. Rubble, rendered, stone dressings, lead and slate roofs. Classical style. 2 storeys 2:3:1 windows with side bays broken forward, all 4-pane sashes with moulded, eared and shaped architraves with keystone except to left ground, a triple window in shouldered architrave with segmental head to centre light and keystone; porch to left of centre bay has wrought iron trellis work with lead canopy roof, fielded panelled door with transom light in segmental head and swept architrave with side lights; rusticated corner pilasters with brackets above supporting cornice, parapet and coping. East and south sides have wrought iron verandah canopy, in bow at rear around bow window, rear has central door with open pediment on plain pilasters, west side has wrought iron porch with lead canopy roof. Interior: coved and decorative plaster cornices and ceiling roses, shutters, wrought iron stair balusters and wreathed handrail.
