Description

Nos. 68 and 70 Grove Park Terrace are an early 19th-century house built of brown brick with a slate roof. The property is two storeys high plus a basement, and originally had six windows arranged in a 1:4:1 configuration. The end windows are slightly cambered and positioned above the doorways. The remaining windows are flat-arched and lack glazing bars. A good doorcase features reeded half-columns, a guttae capital, and a modillion pediment, sheltering a six-panel door and fanlight. Steps and iron railings are present. A cornice continues to a later two-storey wing on the left-hand side, which contains two windows and a parapet.
