Description

Nos 52 and 54 Grove Park Terrace is an early 19th-century building of brown brick. It is of three storeys, with the top storey being a later addition and rendered. There is a rendered basement. The front has six windows. The ground floor has flat arches, while the first floor has round arches. The round-arched doorway is topped with a traceried fanlight and has reeded half columns within the door architrave.
