Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations and additions. Rubble, pantiled and double Roman tiled roofs, brick gable stack to left and right of centre, roof line stepped at central stack. L-plan, former through passage. 2½ storeys, 3 windows, 1st floor has one 3-light casement and 2 of 2 lights, all with timber lintel, ground floor has 3-light casement with concrete lintel, C19 gabled porch in 2nd bay from left with heavy plank door in plain frame, 3-light casement and C20 door with hood in place of former dairy door, 2-light dormer, single storey addition with pitched roof to left with 2-light casement; south east elevation has C20 window at ground and 1st floor, 3-light casement in gable. Rear has single storey wing, (former cellar), irregular windows, former through passage door now window. Interior: plank and batten doors, chamfered beams, winder stair to rear of passage; 4-bay roof, tie-beam, collar and upper collar, plated yoke, 2 rows of purlins.
