Pair of estate cottages. Dated "AD 1858". Coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings and quoins; Cotswold stone slate roof with overhanging eaves; coped gables with saddle stones; central clustered stack. Plain Tudor Gothic style. 2 storeys. 1:2 (in advanced double gabled centre) :1 bays. 2- and 3- light casement windows under relieving arches; the centre 2 have a decorative diamond glazing pattern. Panelled doors in outer bays; doorcase with a segmental head; open lean-to porches. Shields on the centre gables bear the date to the north and a "B" (Beaufort) under a coronet to the south. Single storey outbuildings, privvy/ash-house, to the rear.
