Description

Nos. 5, 6, and 7 on Old Down Road are a row of three estate cottages, originally four, built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed from rubble with a Cotswold stone slate roof featuring decorative bargeboards on the end gables. The cottages are single storey with attics that have gabled half dormers, which also display decorative bargeboards. The ground floor includes five windows and three doors, featuring 20th-century two-light casement windows and plank doors set beneath gabled porches, which are adorned with decorative bargeboards and surrounds.
