Description

No. 3 Old Down Road is an estate cottage dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone slate roof and features ashlar stacks with a cornice. The building is single storey with an attic accessed through a hipped dormer. It has two 2-light casement windows and a central plank door.
