Farmhouse. C17 or C18. Local rubble walls and timber lintels; steep dry slate roof plus outshut at rear; brick end stack on left. Single-depth plan plus later outshut. 2 storeys; 3:1-window range, the 3-window part symmetrical with central doorway. Late C19 or C20 2-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars; glazed door under gabled hood. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
