House in planned terrace. Late C18 with later alterations. Stucco front; dry slate roof behind plain stucco parapet; 3 hipped roof dormers; brick stack on left. Double-depth plan with front room on the left and entrance hall on the right. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; 3-window range. Late C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes within plain architraves; C20 panelled door. INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain original features of interest.
