Description
No. 92 Durnford Street is a house located in a planned terrace in Stonehouse, Plymouth. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some later alterations. The front is finished in stucco, and it features a dry slate roof behind a plain stucco parapet. The building has three hipped roof dormers and a brick stack on the left side. It has a double-depth plan with a front room on the left and an entrance hall on the right. The house is two storeys high, plus an attic over a basement, and has a three-window range. The windows are late 19th or 20th-century four-pane horned sashes set within plain architraves, and there is a 20th-century panelled door. The interior has not been inspected but may still contain original features of interest. The house is included for its group value in a planned late Georgian street.
