Description

Number 94 is a late 18th-century house situated within a planned terrace in Stonehouse, Plymouth. The house was repaired following damage during the Second World War, and the original stucco facade has been replaced with render. The roof is dry slate with three 20th-century dormers, and there is a brick chimney on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan, with a front room on the right and an entrance hall on the left. It is two storeys tall plus an attic, with a basement, and has a three-window front. The windows are late 19th or 20th-century sashes with horns. The pilastered doorway is topped by a pediment on an entablature, and has a flush-panelled door with panelled reveals. The interior was not inspected. The property has a low plinth on the basement wall, surmounted by wrought-iron railings. It is included on the heritage register for its group value within a planned late Georgian street.
