Warehouse on wharf. Probably mid C19. Plymouth limestone rubble with rock-faced quoins and red brick dressings to windows and door jambs; steel lintels over the doorways; flat roof. Shallow rectangular plan. 4 storeys; symmetrical 4-window-range front with small windows flanking doorways. C20 glazing and planked doors, the doors to upper floors with toplights. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included as part of a good group on the Barbican quayside.
