Description

This is an outbuilding located approximately 25 meters west of number 95 in Plympton St Maurice. It is likely from the 18th century and features walls made of killas rubble, with one wall rendered. The building has a steep roof covered with slate on the garden side and corrugated asbestos on the road side. It has a small rectangular plan and is a single storey plus an attic loft, which includes a loading doorway at the eastern end. The interior has not been inspected.
