Outbuilding 20 Metres To South Of Kersworthy Farmhouse

This is an outbuilding located 20 meters south of Kersworthy Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It features stone rubble walls on the ground floor, with plastered cob above, and a rag slate roof with hipped ends. The building has a rectangular plan, built into the side of a bank, with an entrance to the ground floor on the front and an external stair leading to the first floor, also on the front. The original purpose of the outbuilding is uncertain.

It is two storeys high, with a plank door for the entrance slightly to the right of center. There are external stone rubble and slate steps that rise to the first floor entrance on the left. To the right of the entrance, there are two small shuttered openings. Additionally, there is a lean-to open-fronted outshot on the right-hand side wall. The outbuilding is situated in the garden to the south of Kersworthy Farmhouse.
