Description
This building is a warehouse located on Vauxhall Quay in Plymouth, dating from the early 19th century. It features painted rubble walls and a hipped roof made of corrugated asbestos. The structure has a rectangular plan, with a later lean-to added on the left side. It stands three stories tall and has two window openings with segmental heads above 20th-century windows on the first floor. The second floor has four window openings that possibly contain original two-light windows, all of which are small. There is a tall central loading doorway above a wide doorway fitted with a sliding planked door, along with an original window opening to the right and a widened opening to the left. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to retain original floor and roof structures.
