Warehouse. Early C19. Painted rubble walls; corrugated asbestos hipped roof. Rectangular plan, plus later lean-to on the left. Low 3 storeys; 2 window openings with segmental heads over C20 windows to 1st floor, 4 window openings with possibly original 2-light windows to 2nd floor, all small openings. Tall central loading doorway over wide doorway with sliding planked door; original window opening right of this and widened opening to left. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain original floor and roof structures.
