Description

Nos 87 and 89 on Hill Road are a large three-storey building from the early to mid-19th century. The block is set back from the road and can be accessed by steps that lead up between the shops at road level. The front is roughcast and features a continuous cornice and parapet. There are six windows, one of which is blocked, all of which are sash windows with glazing bars. The building has a trellised verandah, banded rustication, and round-headed doorways that are also under the trellis. Nos 87 to 91 (odd) and St Martin's form a group.
