Description

Nos 69 and 71 on Hill Road are a pair of low two-storey houses from the early to mid-19th century, situated high above the road. Their fronts are rendered and colourwashed, separated by plain pilasters. The buildings feature a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves and have six windows, each with casements of two lights. An overall trellised verandah spans the ground floor. These properties are included in the register for their group value, as they form a cohesive architectural group with Nos 61A, 61B, and 65.
