Description

Mount Lebanon is a two-storey house dating from the early to mid 19th century. The rendered front facade is set back from the road and accessed by steps to the right of adjacent shops. The building features a cornice and blocking course. There are three windows on each floor. The first floor windows have painted surrounds and shutters on the sides. The ground floor has three-light canted bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A central doorway is topped by a cornice supported on volute brackets. The doorway contains a six-panel door and a traceried fanlight. Mount Lebanon is part of a group of buildings including numbers 63, 69, and 71 on Hill Road.
