It has a moulded and dentilled eaves cornice. The Newhaven Hotel has three window bays, while Bradford House has two. The windows are sashes with brick arches above and keystones. In the Newhaven Hotel, there are three-light sashes at either end on both the first and ground floors. The entrance includes a pilastered doorway with an entablature and a six-panelled door. Bradford House has three-light sashes to the left on the ground and first floors, along with a six-panelled door; the doorcase frame once had a triangular pediment above.
