Description
Regency Court Nursing Home is a former pair of semi-detached houses, now serving as a nursing home, built around 1840. The building is rendered with a slate roof and is set back from the road. It is more richly detailed than the adjacent houses at Nos. 203 and 205. The two-storey structure features four windows on one side and one on the other, with plain sash windows. The front is highlighted by flat full-height pilasters, which are doubled at the central bays. The ground floor includes a full-width verandah supported by thin trellis, featuring lean-to patent glazing over four pairs of French doors with margin-pane glazing. To the right, there is a narrow hipped bay, while to the left, set back, is a glazed conservatory on the first floor and a six-panel door aligned with the front wall. The interior has not been inspected.
