Detached house, offices at time of listing. c1830-1840. Rendered, slate hipped roof. A symmetrical villa in Tudor style, set well back from the road, having a central square block with two-storey porch, and lower, set-back wings.

Two storeys, the main block 1+1+1 windows, two-light small-pane casements with transom, all late C20 replacements, under labels with dropped ends; at first floor the centre has two small lancets with four-centred heads, above C20 doors in a four-centred head. There is also a lancet, with deep sloping sill at each level on the returns to the projecting porch.

Hipped one-storey wings have a two-light casement with label, as the main block. There are plinth, moulded mid string, cornice, blocking and parapet, but with crenellations, raised at the centre, to the porch. Each side has a stone stack with four octagonal shafts, and the right side has a large C20 dormer window.
