Description

Willis's Shroton Farmhouse is a Grade II listed farmhouse located on Telegraph Street in Iwerne Courtney or Shroton. The rear range of the building dates from the early 18th century, while the main range was constructed around 1800. The farmhouse is built of brick, rubble, and render, topped with a hipped slate roof and brick tacks at the rear of the ridge.

The east front is symmetrical, featuring three storeys and three bays. The ground floor has sash windows with 16 panes, the first floor has sash windows with 12 panes, and the second floor has sash windows with 9 panes. The central doorway is notable for its round-headed, radiating fanlight and a panelled door.
