Description

This is a mid-18th century cottage located on the east side of Main Street, Iwerne Courtney, near Shroton. It was originally listed as Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottage has whitewashed rendered walls and a thatched roof, which is half-hipped to the left and features a rendered stack on the right. It is one and a half storeys high with a two-window range and a single bay. It has single-storey extensions to the right and left. The windows are 3-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, and a central plank door.
