Description

The building is a former barn located 20 meters south of Church Farmhouse, likely dating from the 17th century. It features flint and rubble walls with ashlar dressings and has a hipped thatched roof. The barn is a nine-bay range with wings that project to the north at either end and includes ventilation loops. There are opposed central doors, with the southern door set within a hipped porch. The roof structure consists of tie and collar beams, and the internal walls are lined with acclunch. This barn is part of a significant group of farm buildings that have remained relatively unchanged.
