Description

No. 35 Coombe Street is a late 18th to 19th century building of three storeys and two window bays, with the right-hand bay having a lower frontage. The building has slate gabled roofs and a pebbledash front. The left-hand bay features a three-pane sash window on the second floor, a bow window on the first floor with five panes across and four panes deep, accompanied by an iron window guard, and a plate glass shop front on the ground floor. The right-hand bay has sash windows with three panes on each floor; to the left, steps lead down to a ledged cellar door set in a recess. No. 35 is part of a group with Nos. 37 to 40 (consecutive), 40A, and 41.
